IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER (F/M/X)

1. Your challenge!

   The main point of contact

   As IT Applications Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for all applications-related inquiries and issues, ensuring efficient resolution and effective communication.

   Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with team members to develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive plan/strategy for managing secondary applications across the entreprise, including non-major applications such as ERP/CRM entreprise systems.

   Additionnally, you will provide leadership ang guidance to the existing on-site IT staff, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment.

   Your responsibilites will be :

   • Define and manage operational support plans;
   • Software and hardware IT Tools management;
   • Management of subcontractors/vendors;
   • Management of copiers and printers;
   • Respond proactively and effectively to internal user needs for applications;
   • Coordinate the rapid resolution of incidents to minimize disruption to all site applications;

   Profile for an IT Applications Manager:

   • Extensive experience in managing IT application portfolios;
   • Strong leadership and project management skills;
   • Excellent communication skills and bilingual proficiency in English/French;
   • Ability to travel occasionally within Europe or to the United States;
   • Educational background: A university degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, or a related field. A master’s degree is often preferred, although an equivalent combination of professional experience and technical qualifications may also be considered.
