   Technical Ability:

   • You have min 2 year’s of experience as an associate
   • You understands legal principles in their practice area
   • You manage basic projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

   Team Work and Interpersonal Skills:

   • You works well with others
   • You collaborates with colleagues in different legal systems
