Our client is a law firm.  They are looking to expand their team with a “Associate Corporate”.

   A wide variety of missions!

   • You will lead acquisitions from start to finish, from the letter of intent to closing.
   • You will draft and negotiate transaction documents  and advise clients on corporate structures and partnerships.
   • You will join a professional and dynamic team with an excellent reputation.

2. Uw talenten

   You’re curious and passionate

   • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
   • You are trilingual or at least have an excellent command of two of the three languages (French, Dutch, English);
   • You are passionate about business law;
   • You are curious and eager to learn. 
   • You are autonomous and customer-oriented;
   • You have experience in corporate law: commercial leases, sale of businesses, routine and exceptional transactions;
   • You are an expert in business and contract law
