Your challenge!
Strategic Financial Analysis & Value Creation at Group LevelAs a Senior Financial Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Business Case Development & Strategic Projects
Lead end-to-end development of business cases for new products, industrial investments, R&D projects, partnerships, and CAPEX initiatives
Assess financial attractiveness using NPV, IRR, payback, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing
Collaborate with Business Units to challenge assumptions, validate market data, and ensure alignment with Group strategy
Prepare clear and concise deliverables for the Executive Committee2. Financial Modeling & Long-Term Planning
Build robust and dynamic financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, valuation)
Contribute to the Group’s strategic plan, long-term financial outlook, and consolidated forecasts
Analyze revenue, margins, cost structures, working capital, and capital allocation
Identify value creation levers, risks, and performance drivers across business segments3. Corporate Finance & M&A Support
Support screening, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning for potential acquisitions
Perform DCF valuations, multiples analysis, and comparable transaction benchmarking
Conduct relevant market and competitive intelligence4. Performance Analysis & Executive Support
Prepare analyses for the Group CFO and CEO
Contribute to presentations for the Board, investment committees, and strategic reviews
Deliver ad hoc analyses with fast, structured, and reliable insights5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, R&D, Strategy, and Business Units
Promote best practices in financial modeling, financial discipline, and data quality across teams -
Your talents
Problem-solving & Financial Modeling at the core of the roleEducation
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
CFA certification (Level II or III strongly preferred)Experience
5–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, equity research, transaction services, or corporate finance within a multinational environment
Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case developmentTechnical Skills
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
Strong knowledge of valuation and financial statement analysis
Solid understanding of capital allocation, ROIC, and risk assessment
Experience with BI tools and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)Soft Skills
Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving abilities
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with executive-level clarity
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information -
