Our client is a well-established law firm recognized for its expertise in transport and insurance law. The firm advises national and international clients on complex litigation matters and regulatory issues across various sectors, including aviation and transport.

To support its continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its team with a Transport & Insurance Law Associate who is eager to develop their expertise in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment. 

1. Your challenge!

   You will work on a broad range of matters in transport and insurance law alongside experienced lawyers.

   Working closely with the partners, you will:

   • Handle a variety of cases in transport and insurance law, including complex litigation matters.
   • Draft legal opinions, procedural documents and legal memoranda, while contributing to the strategic management of cases.
   • Support clients in regulatory and contentious matters, providing pragmatic and business-oriented advice.

2. Your talents

   Autonomy, rigor and legal expertise

   • You bring at least 4 years of experience as a lawyer at the bar.
   • Interest or experience in insurance law and transport law.
   • Native Dutch speaker or excellent command of Dutch, with good professional English and/or French.
   • Strong analytical skills, legal rigor and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
