Accountant – Workday Finance

Winsearch is currently supporting an international company based in the Brussels region in the recruitment of an Accountant with hands-on Workday Finance experience.

This role combines operational accounting responsibilities with active involvement in a structured finance environment using Workday Finance. You will reinforce the team in a context of system optimisation and process improvement.

1. Your challenge!

   You combine operational accounting with active use of Workday Finance in a structured and process-driven environment.

   • General Ledger accounting
   • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
   • Participation in monthly and yearly closing
   • Support in financial reporting
   • Daily use of Workday Finance
   • Contribution to data accuracy and finance process optimisation

2. Your talents

   You are a structured and reliable accounting professional who already works with Workday Finance and wants to evolve in a stable environment.

   • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
   • First relevant experience in accounting (junior to medior level)
   • Mandatory: practical experience with Workday Finance (experienced user level minimum)
   • Solid understanding of accounting principles
   • Detail-oriented and organised
   • Languages required: French + English or Dutch + English
