Proselect is now assisting KCP in the search for their next Financial Manager (M/F/X), a key role to support the company’s growth.

1. Your challenge!

   Manage the finances of a growing creative SME and become an essential part of the team’s daily operations.

   Your mission: Manage the finances of a creative and evolving SME and become an essential link in the team’s daily operations
   You are the financial point of reference for the SME and the guarantor of sound, smooth, and rigorous financial management.
   In addition to your financial responsibilities, you ensure effective administrative and HR support, contributing to the team’s efficiency and well-being.

   Your main responsibilities:

   Finance & Accounting
   Handle daily accounting tasks: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations.
   Contribute to budget preparation, analyse project costs and profitability.
   Produce regular financial reports for management.
   Ensure coordination with the various financial partners.

   Administrative and HR Support
   Act as the internal point of contact for administrative and HR questions.
   Oversee and manage contracts, subscriptions, and the company’s suppliers.

2. Your talents

   Precision, Commitment, Agility

   • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent experience.
   • Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience (familiarity with an SME environment is a real asset).
   • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
   • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to set priorities.
