Active for over 40 years, the family-owned Lamy Group continues to grow in real estate (primary and secondary residences) and the management of tourist resorts in Belgium and abroad.
Some figures: 7 holiday villages in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, 2,500 residences built, sold, and managed, 150,000 holidaymakers per year, €50 million in revenue, 200 employees.
The Group has notably developed and opened the two Anatura sites – in Luxembourg (Weiswampach) and La Roche-en-Ardenne – two high-end tourist destinations including hotels, restaurants, seminar centers, wellness areas, and holiday villages.

Your challenge!
Your responsibilitiesWithin a marketing team of 4 people and in close collaboration with the Management, you will drive the marketing and digital strategy to strengthen the visibility, attractiveness, and occupancy rates of the Group’s tourist resorts (Anatura, Golden Lakes, L’Ami Soleil, etc.).
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall annual marketing plan covering all Group sites.
- In collaboration with the respective management teams, adapt this plan for each location: websites, communication campaigns for owners and tenants, promotional actions, with a strong focus on leveraging new technologies.
- Tailor marketing campaigns to target markets, notably the Dutch-speaking market, taking local specificities into account.
- Design and manage multichannel communication campaigns: web, social media, press, newsletters, influencer marketing, trade shows, etc.
- Supervise and optimize the Group’s websites and digital presence to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Utilize the client database for direct marketing and loyalty actions.
- Implement performance tracking tools (KPIs) and maintain continuous competitive monitoring.
- Coordinate external service providers and ensure brand consistency.

Your talents
Who are you ?Profile sought:
- Higher education (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in marketing, communication, or digital business.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an operational marketing role, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or leisure.
- Excellent command of B2C digital marketing (SEO, SEA, CRM, social media, performance campaigns).
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch-speaking market (Belgium and/or the Netherlands).
- Fluency in French and Dutch; good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented.
- Autonomous, proactive, and enjoy working in a human-scale organization.
- Residence preferably in the eastern region of Belgium or in Luxembourg (offices located in the north of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
