Our client is a leading business law firm, recognized for its deep expertise and human-centered approach.

As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking for a Partner Law (M/F/X) to join its dedicated team. You will work across both advisory and litigation matters for a diverse and high-level client base.

    Combine legal expertise with human leadership to advise your clients and grow your team

    As a Partner, you will play a key role in:

    • Leading strategic cases in employment, pensions, and benefits law, combining advisory work, litigation, and transactional matters.
    • Developing and maintaining strong national and international client relationships by providing tailored, clear, and actionable legal advice.
    • Collaborating with, mentoring, and developing the legal team, while sharing best practices and maintaining high professional standards.
    • Actively contributing to the strategic growth of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice through legal watch, innovation, and market awareness.
  2. Your talents

    Autonomy, precision, and expertise

    Profile sought:

    • Master’s degree in Belgian law, with a specialization or strong focus on employment law.
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience in social/employment law, acquired in a law firm or corporate environment.
    • Strong legal accuracy combined with a pragmatic mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of current legal developments and case law in the field of employment and social law.
    • A team player who values collaboration, mutual support, and knowledge sharing.
    • Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and an excellent level of legal English.
