Experiencing strong growth and to strengthen its Belgian team, it is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager (M/F/X) to support its professional clients in making optimal use of its solutions.

Your challenge!
Join an innovative company and help professionals get the most out of digital solutions designed to reshape mobility.- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the mobility and automotive sectors
- Support new clients during the onboarding phase and guide them through digital tools
- Monitor performance and provide advice to improve online visibility
- Detect service improvement opportunities and suggest tailored solutions
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (sales, product, tech)

Your talents
Youre comfortable with digital tools, love supporting clients, and want to grow in a fast-moving environment? This role is for you.- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (customer service, account management, support, etc.)
- Genuine interest in digital platforms and mobility solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and Dutch; solid understanding of English
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
