To support their growth, our client is now looking for an experienced Head of Sales (M/F/X) to lead their commercial strategy at the European level.

You will join the executive team and play a key role in the growth of a fast-scaling digital company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and expanding the Inbound & Outbound Sales teams across several European markets (Belgium, France, the Netherlands)
- Recruiting, training, and managing the commercial team
- Defining and refining the Outbound strategy
- Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Contributing to the overall company strategy and acting as a true business partner to the CEO as part of the executive committee

Requirements for this position:
- Solid experience: minimum 08 years in a successful sales leader role
- Outbound expertise
- Strategic mindset & rigor
- Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit
- Languages: Excellent command of English and either French or Dutch
