One of our client who’s a full-service Belgian law firm is looking to reinforce his time with: 

“Associate – Employement ” (M/W/X)

1. Your challenge!

   Your Role and Responsibilities:

   • You provide legal advice and drafting agreements in individual and collective employment law
   • You assist clients in negotiation procedures
   • You represent clients in proceedings before employment tribunals and courts
   • You assist  employers in complying with employment regulations (work regulations, social elections, whistleblowing, etc.)
   • You ensure the follow-up of relevant national and European legislation pertinent to clients and their cases

2. Your talents

   Who are you?

   • You have successfully completed your Master of Laws degree. An LL.M. is a valuable addition, but not a necessity.
   • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless passion for employment law.
   • You believe in the power of cooperation and are willing to actively contribute to the efficient functioning of the team in a positive atmosphere.
   • Your command of Dutch is excellent. In addition, do you have a good knowledge of French and English? That is a big advantage!
