Job description

Maison De Greef is a boutique in the centre of Brussels offering its customers exclusive luxury watches and jewellery for six generations.

To complete our team we are looking for a Sales Advisor. (M/F/X)

  1. Your challenge!

    As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks:
    Managing the sale of products from A to Z
    Assisting customers with their purchases, advising and seeking solutions (sales skills are required)
    Having perfect knowledge of products in shop
    Managing customer emails
    Managing administrative tasks
    Managing telephone contacts with customers
    Following up the customer’s order from A to Z
    Collaborating with the after-sales service to better serve the customer
    Managing invoicing, credit, returns
    Prospecting for new customers
  2. Your talents

    The ideal profile :
    You speak perfect Dutch and French, English is an asset.
    Correct spelling is essential for the 3 languages.
    You have a previous experience selling or studying jewellery 
    You have an affinity with the luxury sector.
    You have a sense of customer service.
    You are meticulous and organised.
    You are stress resistant and can manage priorities.
    You are dynamic and willing to invest in the company.
    You have a neat appearance.
    You can express yourself perfectly verbally.
    You enjoy working in a team.
    Knowledge of watchmaking and jewellery is a plus.

    Employment contract:

    We offer you a permanent contract with an attractive salary package and numerous fringe benefits. Working hours are from 9am to 6pm and Saturday shifts are mandatory along with some Sundays.
