Our client is a law firm.  They are looking to expand their team with a « Corporate M&A Associate ».

   • You are autonomous and customer-oriented;
   • You have experience in corporate law: commercial leases, sale of businesses, routine and exceptional transactions;
   • You are an expert in business and contract law.

2. Vos talents

   You’re curious and passionate

   • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
   • You are trilingual or at least have an excellent command of two of the three languages (French, Dutch, English);
   • You are passionate about business law;
   • You are curious and eager to learn.
