We are recruiting a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER M/F/X

    WE ARE RECRUITING AN INDEPENDENT, CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PROFILE

    You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing parking systems across Wallonia and Luxembourg. You work independently at customer sites and ensure that installations operate flawlessly.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Perform corrective maintenance: diagnose, analyse and resolve incidents
    • Carry out preventive maintenance and damage repairs
    • Work in compliance with quality and Health & Safety standards (VCA/QMS)
    • Achieve a strong “First Time Fix” rate (target ≥ 85%)
    • Accurately register work orders and service interventions digitally
    • Manage spare parts stock in your company vehicle
    • Ensure precise time registration and reporting
    • Maintain order, cleanliness and safety (both on-site and in your vehicle)

    You are on the road daily, visiting clients across the region (Luxembourg, Liège, Charleroi, Bastogne…). Most interventions are carried out independently. Team meetings take place a few times per year in the Netherlands.

    We are looking for a technically skilled and autonomous professional who enjoys solving problems on-site.

    Required qualifications & experience:

    • Technical education level (NL: MTS4+ / BE: TSO level or equivalent)
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical field role
    • Strong knowledge of electricity, automation and hardware
    • Affinity with IT and software systems (uploading configurations, system adjustments, digital reporting)
    • Experience in environments such as security systems, elevator systems or similar technical infrastructures is a plus
    • MS Office skills
    • VCA-VOL certification (or willing to obtain)

    Languages:

    • French: fluent (daily interaction with customers)
    • English: good working proficiency (communication with colleagues & reporting)
    • Dutch is an asset
