We are looking for an Interim Recruiter to reinforce our client’s HR team.

You will join an HR department composed of HR administration professionals and HR manager , and will play a key role in accelerating recruitment in a highly technical and international environment.

    This is a hands-on role, strongly focused on active sourcing and headhunting, with a high level of autonomy and reactivity.

    You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from entry-level roles to highly specialized profiles in aerospace, including maintenance and technical functions.

    Your scope will include:

    • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job definition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring recommendations
    • Conducting interviews in English and French with international candidates
    • Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on headhunting for rare technical profiles (mechanics, maintenance technicians, aerospace specialists, etc.)
    • Using LinkedIn and other digital platforms at an advanced level
    • Organizing and participating in job fairs, forums and recruitment events, including bringing technical experts to support job presentations
    • Working in project mode on recruitment campaigns and events
    • Managing internal mobility, applications and talent aspirations
    • Acting as an employer brand ambassador, strengthening the company’s visibility on social media in collaboration with Communication
    • Supporting the administrative aspects linked to international recruitment, including visa processes for incoming candidates and for employees travelling abroad for training
    • Working closely with HR administration teams to ensure smooth onboarding 
  2. Vos talents

    This role requires a senior recruiter with a strong headhunting mindset, solid industrial experience and the ability to recruit highly technical profiles in an international aerospace context.

    Experience & Background

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
    • Mandatory experience in an industrial environment
    • Strong experience in technical recruitment
    • Experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a strong asset
    • Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, military standards, etc.) is a plus
       

    Languages

    • English level B2 minimum – mandatory (interviews conducted in English)
    • Fluent in French
    • Dutch is a plus

    • Able to collaborate efficiently with HR administration and operational teams
    • Good command of Excel is a strong plus
