Our client, in the Mons’s region, is one of the French leaders in the food industry. In his internal and external development process, he is looking for one;

Pastry Key Account Manager for Europe (H/F/X)

    You will manage commercial projects according to a coherent strategy and society’s technology and capabilities.

    Mission: You will have to develop sales in Europe to enhance group profitability. You will have direct responsibility for developing and managing the business relationship between the society and its industrial customers.

    –         Business development for industrials accounts all over Europe.

    –         Management of customers that you have created

    –         Projects management

    –         Signs efficient partnership contracts

    –         Coordinates NPD with factory

    –         Ensures purchaser satisfaction (quality complains, service level)

    –         Responsibilities also include forecasting and managing the assigned sales budget.

    –         Be willing to travel up to 50% (European travels mainly)

    The person will be in charge of all industrials European accounts we have.

    You have to make business development, by making new clients, by launching new products lines linked with our industrials tools.

    You work closely with central function (r&d, supply, quality, production) and report directly to the international sales director based in France.

    –         Strong negociation skills with an effective and structured commercial prospecting ability

    –         Knowledge of bakery & waffle is desirable

    –         Connected to bakery and pastries industries

    –         Good kwowledge in supply chain process

    –         Strong skills on project management and ability to coordinate its files with all stakeholders

    –         Real autonomy, personal organization, ability to work alone in an efficient way

    –         Excellent customer service and presentation skills

    –         Well organized with the ability to prioritize


    Commercial or engineering Master’s degree or related field. A minimum of 5 years sales management experience with European accounts in the pastry / bakery industry.

    French or Dutch native speaker is fine. Fluent English required + an additional language
