« Personal Assistant » (M/W/X)

    Your Role and Responsibilities:
    • You have to prioritize and ensure all court documents are sent on time.
    • You schedule appointments, monitor mailboxes, and take action when needed.
    • You  prepare, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
    • You handle digital and paper files.
    • You prepare and send invoices, track training credits, etc.
    • You welcome clients, ensure high-end hospitality, and support meetings.
    • You plan online and offline events for clients.
  2. Vos talents

    Job Requirements:
    • You are organized and service-oriented
    • You have a Belgian Bachelor’s degre
    • You are providing professional service
    • You have skills in planning and creating impeccable documents
    • You are proficient in MS Office and Microsoft 365
    • You are fluent Dutch and English, and have some knowledge of French
