To sustain its robust development, the groupe is seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Business Manager. This entrepreneurial and challenging position in the field of strategy and organization consulting involves:

Recruiting and integrating the most talented consultants from leading business schools, engineering institutions, or renowned universities.
Developing Square’s value proposition with major clients and taking charge of all aspects of the client relationship: prospecting, meetings, participating in responses to requests for proposals, presenting proposals, negotiations, and client follow-up.
Monitoring successful projects and participating in all aspects related to the career development of consultants: evaluations, training, and more.

    To excel in these diverse roles, you will benefit from:

    A specialized 2-week training program at the company’s Business School to develop the skills necessary for achieving your objectives.
    Mentoring for your first two years with a Senior Business Manager who will provide daily guidance.
    Support from a founding partner throughout your skill development journey.
    Assistance from our experts and researchers at the Research Center in various stages of your business dealings: prospecting, proposals, presentations, and mission follow-up.

  2. Vos talents

    We are seeking candidates who possess:

    At least 2 years of experience in high-value-added sales roles in the business services sector or in recruitment functions.
    Entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to excellence, a collaborative mindset, and alignment with the values of Square Management.
    A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5).

    FR & English are musts for this group.
