To optimize their sales departement in Liege, our client is currently looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE FR/EN/DU (M/F/X)
Votre défi !Maintain and develop the list of clients held by the Sales ManagerJoin a team of 3 sales representatives and a team leader.
Your main responsibilities are :
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers ;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs ;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships ;
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling ;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track and sales and status reports ;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and orther departments.

- You have a successful experience in sales, idealy in the aviation sector ;
- You speak French and you are fluent in English and Dutch ;
- You are able to persuade others as well as to develop and deliver presentations ;
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of clients, suppliers and colleagues ;
- You are able to meet schedules and deadlines as well as able to remain calm under pressure ;
- You are detailed-oriented and able to work productively, independently and within a team.
