International Sales Manager (H/F/X)

Business Development and mobility worldwide!

You respond directly to the Commercial Director. You are in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • As a hunter, you act as a business partner and single point of contact throughout the sales process, you are accountable for developing, building and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial Partners, Distributors and VARs ;
  • Responsible for building a strategic commercial plan with internal stakeholders to manage and expand business and profit ;
  • Identify potential new areas, partners and markets for growth ;
  • Develop and run a commercial network of partners in the TV Broadcast and ProAV markets ;
  • Develop insight that supports differentiated sales proposition that adds value for our customer ;
  • Set up commercial missions and take an active part in commercial fairs all over the world. You, therefore, need to be willing to travel frequently (minimum 25% of your business) ;
  • Collaborate closely in the development and management of channel partner growth with the marketing team ;
  • Take part in the definition of new products regarding the market needs to be developed by the Technical Team.

A person with passion and enthusiasm!

You boast an experience of 5-10 years of sales, marketing and service experience (in the TV broadcast market is an asset).

Moreover, you gather the following abilities:

  • Demonstrated innovative ability to meet sales targets and grow business in a team player environment ;
  • Strong personality, self-motivated and effective time management skills ;
  • Results oriented ;
  • Excellent communication skills (including group presentations), relationship and negotiation skills ;
  • Fluent in English and French, written and spoken ;
  • A Degree in a commercial branch as Sales Engineer is an asset ;
  • You are available and like traveling abroad (all countries).
