As part of its growth, our client, a manufacturing company, is partnering with Proselect in its search for:

Administrative Employee (M/F/X)

  1. Your challenge!

    Responsible for supporting the different departments of the Innovation Centre. Responsible for assisting processes and systems creation as well as coordinating and managing those processes to enhance Innovation Centre operations.

    • Get all functional approvals for payment processing and realize basic bookkeeping activities


    • support new employee on-boarding and be an effective HR back-up on selected HR matter

    Other admin (infrastructure/supply/safety)

    • Provide support for site visits, meetings, events, lunches, conferencing for the team and visitors
    • Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful dispose
    • Provide administrative support to the team regarding shipments, risk assessment, audits, prevent plan, safety, maintenance, raw material stock management
    • Maintain the effective filing system, files and records
    • Performs traditional duties, including, but not limited to mailing and filling correspondence, answering calls, reception and shipment of package, sort and distribute incoming mails
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders on time, maintain office equipment’s for smooth operations and monitor office expenditures
    • Maintain office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  2. Your talents

    Our offer

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar relevant field


    • 0- 3 years in an administrative function
    • Experience in a technical environment or the chemical industry (nice to have)

    Required Skills

    • Self-driven, able to work under limited supervision
    • Strong organization skills and time management skills with a multi-tasking aptitude and ability to anticipate
    • Detail-oriented mindset and proactive problem solver
    • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence
    • Applicable knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
    • Hand on experience with “back-office” and accounting software
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skill with a strong ability to work as part of a team and capable of interfacing effectively with external partners
    • Enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated
    • Proficiency in English – both written and verbal
    • Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Our offer
    In addition to a permanent contract, our client offers a competitive salary, depending on seniority, ranging from €34,000 to €39,000 per year.
