Job description

My client offers the best brands on the market (Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, DS, Jeep, etc.), they operate in Belgium with more than 400 employees with more than 5 dealerships and 1 parts warehouse.

They are currently expanding rapidly and are looking for a B2B salesperson for the their concessions (Brussels, Antwerp, Mechelen, Drogenbos).

    Your mission
    The B2B Key Account Manager’s mission is to achieve all of his/her commercial, financial and quality objectives (sales of vehicles, peripheral products, especially financing, service contracts) in compliance with all policies defined by the brand and his or her employer. He/she must provide good quality services to customers.

    He/she is the central figure in customer relations. He/she must know how to listen to his/her client or prospect, detect and understand his/her needs.

    The Key Account Manager B2B :

    Represents the brand in front of customers

    • Ensures the prospecting on his sector for the sale of vehicles to business customers (by telephone, email or mail, as well as customer follow-up forms)
    • Listens, collects and analyses the specific needs of the customer in order to propose an adapted commercial offer
    • Presents to customers the vehicles of the range, the services, the accessories and argues according to the needs expressed by the customer
    • Ensures permanent customer satisfaction and builds customer loyalty by contacting them at key moments
    • Follows his portfolio of customer orders, is present throughout the file from the signing of the sale to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.

    Your Talent
    Bilingual operational FR – NL, fluent in ENG. Another language is a plus;
    Have a diploma in sales or a F.S.M.A. certificate via “febelfin” or significant experience.

    Driving license (essential)

    • Mastery of automobile sales, knowledge of the automobile sector
    • Training in sales techniques

    You must have experience with automotive fiscality and TCO (Total Cost Ownership)
