They currently have 6 offices in  Paris-Nice Sophia-Bruxelles-Luxembourg-Monaco and continue to grow!

  1. Your challenge!

    Mission
    To support our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled business manager to join our business teams. As a member of our recruitment and selection team, under the guidance of our Operations Director, you will operate independently in your role.
    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Driving business development by identifying effective commercial strategies
    Cultivating and managing your client portfolio
    Analyzing and proposing solutions for intricate client projects
    Negotiating contracts with major clients in the Sophia-Antipolis/Nice/Monaco regions
    Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates
    Sourcing candidates through database and direct searches
    Initiating initial contacts and conducting phone screenings with candidates
    Conducting initial face-to-face interviews
    Establishing and maintaining a robust recruiting network of consultants
    This position offers a genuine opportunity to secure a long-term contract and advance within PARTNER Consultancy Services.

    Our Offer:
    To support the Group’s growth, we are looking for an experienced business manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our Brussels office.
    This position offers a real opportunity to obtain a long-term project and progress within the group, to take charge of the development of the Belgian market.

    The client is offering a salary in line with your experience, with a very lucrative commission system and a total package (car + petrol card, group insurance, luncheon voucher and more).
